I'm very interested!
1. Is the Sanctuary owned by the WRA or is it a building built by Vandals for those rebelling to run to for housing?
2. Is the plot simply survival or getting freedom rights?
3. In "race" in the character sheet, I'm assuming you mean skin color and not mutants or mythical creatures?
